in the picturesque village of Hilton near Yarm in the North east of England. This new purpose built complex
includes two professionally designed fishing lakes as well as a nature lake and nature trail which is open to the general

Lakes are high quality and fully accessible to able bodied and disabled people alike. They are designed to make your stay
both safe and comfortable. They include: Full t Secure, surfaced car parking areas. Clearly marked well-spaced angling
pegs, Clean maintained toilets for male, female and disabled anglers.
Maps and Directions to Hilton Fishing LakesFrom the South: on the A19 heading North
from the A19
North Take the A67 exit toward Yarm 0.3 mile Slight left at A67 1.8 miles. At the roundabout,
take the 3rd exit onto A1044/Green Ln. Continue to follow A1044 for 1.8 miles. Turn right toward Yarm Rd 1.0
mile Continue straight onto Yarm Rd and the entrance to the lakes is on your left just as you enter the
village of Hilton.
General Rules Money will be collected from fishing pegs
through the day. Fishing
is from constructed pegs only. Anglers must reel in if you leave your peg. On site Toilet facilities must be used. A current EA License is required (anglers
over 12 years old). All
Fish caught are to be returned in a landing net. All nets, mats, weight slings, anything that come in contact with fish must be dipped in the
chemical dip tank. No Barbed Hooks to be used. No keepnets to be used. No dog or cat food as bait. No Boilies. No feeding
ducks, geese or swans. All litter must be taken home or put in bins on site. Persons not complying by the rules
will be banned from fishing. Please park in the purpose built car park. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
